Montgomery County detectives are investigating a disturbing case involving a couple from Spring.
It began on March 13 when Precinct 3 Constable Ryan Gable's deputies responded to a complaint at an H-E-B on Rayford Road. They were told a man was following young children as he pleasured himself.
William Mitchell Keen was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure, according to Precinct 3.
During the investigation, deputies identified some of the children Keen was accused of following and filed additional charges of indecency with a child by exposure.
Keen's phone was seized as evidence and a search warrant led to what investigators said was the discovery of multiple images of child sex assault.
Keen was arrested again on Wednesday, March 27, at his home in the Harmony subdivision and charged with possession of child pornography.
Investigators said they also found photos on Keen's phone of his wife, Joely Keen, having sex with the couple's Great Dane dog. They arrested her on a charge of bestiality.
The great Dane and two other pet dogs were rescued and turned over to Montgomery County Animal Services.
