A former high school coach accused of having sex with a student made a court appearance Monday morning with a new attorney.
Zachary Harlen, 35, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old girl.
Prosecutors said they have e-mails between the two proving the relationship, and they said the teacher also gave a written confession to a principal.
