Woman wanted, accused of practicing dentistry in Houston without a license

According to the Texas Board of Dental Examiners, Solomon isn't licensed to practice dentistry in the state.

HOUSTON — Authorities are searching for a woman who's accused of practicing dentistry without a license.

Juanetta Solomon, 41, found herself on the Crime Stoppers fugitive Friday list.

According to court documents, a person went to visit Solomon for dental services after searching on TikTok. The patient told investigators that Solomon didn't take a mold of her teeth or mouth and applied composite veneers and bridge. The patient said Solomon used a lot of pressure and chemicals that made them dizzy to the point where they had to ask her to stop. According to court documents, Solomon later used a drill and file.

Police said they were able to confirm with the Texas Board of Dental Examiners that Solomon isn't licensed to practice dentistry in the state.

Andy Kahan, with Crime Stoppers, said the latest charge led them to discover a long list of offenses Solomon allegedly committed while she was on probation last year.

"While on probation, she picks up at least four or five felony charges -- some of them are violent felony charges. Now, keep in mind you're already on probation. Now, we also find out that while on probation in Harris County, she's also on probation in Galveston County," Kahan said.

Kahan said Solomon was able to post bond despite being on probation in two counties. He said she's out on about $450,000 worth of bonds right now.

"Somehow, she's allowed to post bond. So, she's out on bond despite being on two felony probation in two different counties. And then she gets charged with the offense that lands on our fugitive Friday list," Kahan said. "We're talking felonies. We're talking aggravated felonies. We're talking felonies that involve violence. You should have been locked up."

Kahan said he's hoping a $5,000 reward will help them get information that helps track her down. Call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477) with information.
