HPD: Snapchat video shows suspect shoot victim

Police say the suspect frequents the area and rides a blue-colored Schwinn bicycle with blue reflectors on the wheels.

HOUSTON - Police are looking for a suspect wanted in a fatal shooting that was captured in a Snapchat video.

HPD says the shooting happened in the 8200 block of Cook Road around 1:50 a.m. on November 20. The victim, 47-year-old Oscar Green, was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to police, the victim and suspect were involved in a disturbance outside of a gas station when Green was shot. Investigators believe the victim was involved in a confrontation with two women prior to the shooting.

Police say the suspect frequents the area and rides a blue-colored Schwinn bicycle with blue reflectors on the wheels.

The suspect is described only as man between 25 and 30 years of age, about 6 feet tall and with dreadlocks.
