HOUSTON – Investigators are searching for clues as to who is responsible after a 19-year-old was killed in a drive-by shooting in southeast Houston Wednesday night.
According to the Houston Police Department, it happened at about 10:30 p.m. at Garland near Ratama.
At that time, a white, four-door Chevrolet Impala with an unknown number of suspects drove by 19-year-old Gilberto Rojero, who was riding his bicycle along Garland and opened fire.
Rojero was shot an unknown number of times and died at the scene. HPD Homicide did not release a description of a vehicle and motive for the shooting is not known.
