HOUSTON — A 20-year-old Houston woman is accused of stomping a 5-month-old rabbit to death.
She’s also accused of throwing a kitten while she was drinking MD 2020, according to court records.
Lucienda Stebbins has been charged with cruelty to a non-livestock animal.
She has since made bond.
