Video: Robbery suspects leave in distinctive Jeep Gladiator after stealing ammunition from Houston store

The suspects are accused of pointing a gun at a store employee before speeding off in the black Jeep Gladiator.

HOUSTON — Houston police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two robbery suspects wanted for stealing gun ammunition from a sports store in the Willowbrook area.

The pair were caught on surveillance camera arriving at the store in a distinctive Jeep Gladiator.

This happened around 8:30 p.m. on April 13 at a store on W. FM 1960 near Highway 249 in northwest Houston.

Investigators said the two unidentified males entered the store and picked up several boxes of ammunition. They then went into the restroom and emptied the ammunition boxes into their pockets.

As the suspects tried to walk out of the store with the stolen ammunition, an employee approached them. Police said that is when one of them pulled a gun from his waistband and pointed it at the employee.

One suspect was described as a Hispanic male in a black shirt and red shorts. The second one was also Hispanic with a black jacket and black shorts.
