One man who rents out a house across the street wantd to remain anonymous and said the shooting is bad for business.

He said there have been parties at that house before with cars blocking the street and trash piling up.

"If this kind of stuff continues you are going to have people moving out. I know other people are really concerned," he said.

The property owner across the street said something needs to be done about what happened.

"Gatherings are supposed to be fun but you have to maintain some sort of control," he said. "There should be some kind of restrictions on the amount of people going in."

HPD said no one at the party seemed to know who the victim was.
