HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A Houston firefighter has been arrested and charged with indecency with a child, according to court records.
Officials with the Houston Fire Department said Eric Rivera, 40, has been relieved of duty pending an administrative investigation following an arrest by the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
Rivera has made bond and is expected to appear in court on July 31.
