HOUSTON — A man was arrested Friday night after shooting multiple times at a Houston METRO bus, officials say.
This happened around 11 p.m. on Westheimer Road near River Oaks Boulevard.
A spokesperson for METRO said an unruly passenger was causing a disturbance when other passengers forced him off at a stop. That's when officials said the man pulled out a gun and fired multiple rounds at the bus.
No one was shot, but one person was taken to an area hospital for injuries from broken glass.
Officials said METRO police arrested the alleged shooter quickly.
