PASADENA, Texas — Police said a minor was recorded while using the restroom at a H-E-B store and the man behind the camera was an employee.
The incident happened Wednesday at the H-E-B store in the 6200 block of Fairmont.
The minor allegedly saw 19-year-old Joseph Guajardo recording him the in the bathroom stall and immediately told his mother, according to the Pasadena Police Department. The mom then reported the incident.
Guajardo has been charged with invasive visual recording. He has since made bond and is expected make his first court appearance in May.
