Friendswood Police say a man was caught on video breaking into a woman's car and stealing money that she'd just withdrawn from a bank.

FPD says the jugging -- when a person follows a victim from a bank after they've withdrawn money, and breaks into the victim's car to steal their cash -- happened Nov. 16 at a Whataburger at 214 E. Parkwood Ave.

The victim told police that she'd just left a Chase bank on West Bay Area Boulevard, and parked at the Whataburger.

A witness gave police cell phone video of the car break-in.

The amount of money taken wasn't released.

The suspect is described as a black male wearing a black hoodie, a red shirt, sweatpants with writing on the left leg, and his pants were low enough to reveal blue underwear, police said.
