FBI Houston looking for bank robber dubbed 'Busted Nose Bandit'

The FBI said the suspect had a goatee, wore a bucket hat, plaid short-sleeve shirt, and blue jeans. He also had bandages on his nose and right cheek.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — The Houston office of the FBI is looking for the man responsible for robbing a bank in northwest Harris County on Thursday. They're calling him the "Busted Nose Bandit."

The robbery happened at around 11:30 a.m. Thursday at a Comerica Bank located off of Highway 6 North near Spencer Road.

The FBI said the man walked up to a teller and handed them a note demanding money. He started counting down and gesturing toward his waistband. After getting an undisclosed amount of money, the FBI said the man ran off. Fortunately, no one was hurt during the robbery.

The FBI described the suspect as a man in his 30s, standing around 5 feet, 4 inches tall with an average build. He had a goatee, wore a bucket hat, plaid short-sleeve shirt, and blue jeans. He also had bandages on his nose and right cheek.
