HOUSTON – A man was killed during a shooting overnight at a southeast strip club.
According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to a shooting at about 2:15 a.m. Friday at the Lounge Plaza Men's Club, located off the Gulf Freeway near Kingspoint.
When police arrived at the scene, they found patrons fleeing the scene in their vehicles and one man shot inside. That man had been shot several times.
The victim was transported by ambulance but died either in route to or at the hospital.
Police said the shooter is described as a black male who fled on a motorbike-like vehicle, possibly Can-Am three-wheeled motorcycle.
The suspect remains at large. Police are interviewing several witnesses.
