HOUSTON — Still struggling after Harvey and needing help?
Mayor Sylvester Turner said there is about $1.3 billion available for city residents still in hurricane recovery mode.
Families can get anywhere from $20,000 to $80,000 to help with repairs or reconstructing damaged property. The money is also being offered as reimbursements for work already done or even buy-outs or relocation.
