CHAMBERS COUNTY, Texas — Someone who bought a lottery ticket in Chambers County is waking up as a millionaire after Friday night's Mega Millions drawing.
The winning ticket matched all five numbers but not the Mega Ball. They used the Quick Pick option to have the game automatically select their numbers. The ticket was bought at the Sam's Express 2 gas station on FM 1409 in Old River-Winfree.
The winning numbers were 3-5-12-22-66 with a Mega Ball of 7.
Only one other ticket matched all five numbers. That was sold in California.
No one hit the jackpot, which is now at an estimated $30 million or a $13.9 million cash value.
