HOUSTON — The TABC has suspended the licenses of six Houston-area bars for violating the shutdown order.
The bars were caught violating Gov. Greg Abbott's order over the weekend, according to the TABC.
Their liquor licenses were suspended for 30 days.

- Stetsons Nightlife in Humble
- Down on Main Street in Baytown
- This Bar in Crosby
- Lazy H in Liberty
- Squeeze’s in Beaumont
Other bars that weren't cited opened in protest over the weekend in what they called Freedom Fest 2020.
