HOUSTON — Apple Stores in Houston and other parts of Texas are temporarily closing again because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
All eight Houston stores are closed until further notice, according to their websites.
Stores in Austin and San Antonio are also shut down. Apple had already closed stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, according to the Business Journal.
Customers can still pick up online orders and Genius Support appointments will be honored through Monday, Jan. 18.
This isn't the first time Apple Stores have closed their doors because of the pandemic. The tech giant shut down stores worldwide in mid-March.
In May, they began gradually reopening some based on COVID cases in that area.
