HOUSTON — For nearly 25 years, KHOU 11 has been committed to bringing holiday joy to families in need through our Secret Santa Toy Drive. This cherished tradition supports the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program, which provides holiday assistance to disadvantaged children across the Houston area. Last year, thanks to your remarkable generosity, we raised over $100,000 in cash and toy donations, lighting up the holidays for countless families.
But this year, the need is even greater. With the rising costs of essentials, more families are finding it difficult to make ends meet, let alone create a festive holiday for their children. Together, we can change that.

Ways You Can Bring Holiday Cheer
From now through December 14, you can become a Secret Santa by donating new, unwrapped toys at any of our participating sponsor locations (see the map below for details).
Can’t reach a drop-off location? No problem! You can also contribute toys and make monetary donations online with just a few clicks.
Join Us for a Special Event Mark your calendar for Saturday, December 7, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., when we’ll be collecting donations at the Reliant Lights Mayor’s Holiday Spectacular (901 Bagby, Houston, TX 77002). Drop off a new, unwrapped toy and enjoy live performances from LeToya Luckett, RaeLynn, and the official lighting of the holiday tree.
Virtual Telethon Our final push to meet our goal will happen during our Virtual Telethon on Thursday, December 12, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tune in, call in, and make your gift while speaking with one of our phone bank operators.
