HOUSTON — The Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market kicks off its 44th year, bringing festive cheer to the NRG Center.
This annual tradition offers more than 270 merchants showcasing unique holiday treasures, treats, apparel, jewelry, home décor, and gifts perfect for everyone on your list.
The market serves as a major fundraiser for the Houston Ballet, with 11% of all merchandise sales, along with proceeds from admission and special event tickets, benefiting Houston Ballet's educational and community engagement programs.
Since it began, the Nutcracker Market has raised over $90.5 million to support Houston Ballet’s Academy, scholarships and outreach initiatives.
"They come from all over the state and even all over the U.S. to shop and support Houston Ballet," Megan Kessler, Chairman of the Nutcracker Market 2024, told KHOU 11 News.
