HOUSTON — A Houston man is facing charges in a disturbing case of animal abuse.
According to court records, he tortured goats and beat them with a crowbar.
Carlos Antonio Cerros-Aleman, 19, was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of cruelty to livestock animals, according to court records.
No other details were available and we don't know if the goats survived.
The alleged crimes happened on Monday.
