A kindhearted cop caught the attention of a Sugar Land woman over the weekend.
Kathy Sterba and her boyfriend were on Eldridge Parkway when they saw the Sugar Land police officer changing a woman’s flat tire.
Sterba said it was in 100-degree heat and the officer was wearing a bullet-proof vest. She was so impressed, she stopped to take a few photos.
“Brought tears to my ears and thought it should be published some way,” Sterba said in her email.
We agreed.
