Owners Eric and Candice Elliott detail how they opened up Waters Edge at the end of 2020 and have become one of Richmond's hottest spots for excellent wine, delicious food, live music and special moments.
"Made locally with the world's finest grapes, Waters Edge Winery & Bistro – Richmond is a family-owned winery offering our own handcrafted wines from grapes gathered from around the world. Each wine is blended, fermented, oaked, racked, filtered and bottled right here in our Richmond facility.
We believe that wine is meant to go with food. And our guests will linger in our wineries longer if they have food readily available. Waters Edge has a partnership with Boar's Head Brands to offer a light menu which includes tapas, Panini-style sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, artisan cheeses and fruits, as well as delicious desserts."
