The programming includes: 

  • Exercise routines that work best for you
    • Resolution provides a variety of different workouts for all fitness levels. Each week Memorial Hermann partners with local fitness studios to provide on-demand workouts led by fitness professionals that participants can access any time, anywhere. Resolution provides strength, HIIT and even guided stretching workouts. These on-demand workouts are available on the Memorial Hermann YouTube channel and Resolution Workout Hub. There are also opportunities for in-person workouts throughout the program if that is what motivates you.
  • Balanced and delicious meal plans
    • Resolution provides weekly recipes with a wide variety of options including classic comfort food with a healthy spin and recipes to fit your dietary lifestyle. Their weekly dinner recipes include a variety of options that are easy to make and accessible for all culinary skill levels. This year, H-E-B® is providing additional bonus breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes to cover your weekends or can be used to supplement the weekly dinner recipes throughout the week.
  • Easier grocery shopping with custom H-E-B® grocery lists
    • Memorial Hermann has partnered with H-E-B® to help make Resolution grocery shopping as easy as possible. Ingredients for all of the Resolution recipes and meal plans have been preselected and curated into online shopping lists which can be accessed through the Resolution website.
  • Guided meditations 
    • Practice mindfulness in 15 minutes with guided meditations led by a Memorial Hermann chaplain. There will be a new meditation released weekly into the weekly Resolution themes. These meditations are on-demand and can be accessed on the Resolution website. 
  • An in-person or digital community with other Resolutionaries™
    • Resolution provides the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals (Resolutionaries) participating in the program. You can connect with the community via the private Resolution Facebook page or in-person at a variety of different events included in the program (workouts, cooking class led by Chef Marcia Smart, wrap party etc.)
