His grandfather was a photographer and his dad was a filmmaker, but Jordan Matter’s interest as a child revolved around baseball. It wasn’t until after college that he discovered a love for photography when he noticed how a colleague’s headshot said nothing about her. Today, Jordan’s work can be seen all over the world. His YouTube channel has over 1.4 million subscribers, and 150 million views. Much of the traffic is tied to his wildly popular series, “10-Minute Photo Challenge” where Jordan takes extraordinary people and puts them in ordinary situations for a fun fantastic photoshoot.
