HOUSTON — The 21st Annual Houston Restaurant Weeks is happening now - September 2nd. Mutiny Wine Room is one of 400 participating restaurants offering excellent multi-course meals at unbeatable prices. They'll make donations from every meal to the Houston Food Bank, and every dollar donated will be used to make meals for those in need.
