HOUSTON — For native Houstonian Deets Hoffman, his dream was to open and operate dozens of sandwich shops right here in Houston.
In high school Hoffman was voted as "Owner of a Chain of Sandwich Shacks."
Today, the landscape has shifted from sandwiches, to now salads.
Hoffman is now the owner of 3 locations of the restaurant Leaf & Grain.
