HOUSTON — It's one of the greatest inventions of all time, the car. It's the thing that kicked off the industrial revolution.
Henry Ford developed the assembly line, making his Model-T more affordable and accessible. It also brought competition and American ingenuity to the forefront. All that history is represented in a single collection of legendary Ford vehicles, The 32's, The cobras, Shelby's and the GT's. Now you have a chance to own a piece of that history. Texas Ex, Gary Thomas is putting his entire Ford collection, about 200 cars, on the auction block. Thomas plans to auction off a portion of his car collection in support of his UT philanthropic priorities, ensuring that the work of innovators past will support and inspire the dreamers of tomorrow.
