HOUSTON — Eight thousand miles from home, Chef Casey Castro moved to America to attend law school, but a set of circumstances pointed him in another direction.
Today, he owns Astor Farm to Table in Katy, where he fuses his South African and Latin American culture with his global cuisine.
The restaurant offers a unique approach and experience to the global cuisine.
