HOUSTON — It's almost time for the Rolling Stones concert at NRG Stadium. The rock and roll group is kicking off their 16-city tour in Houston.
Here's what you need to know.

What can I expect?
- Doors open at 6 p.m.
- Show starts at 8 p.m.
- Parking is $40+ tax per space. No in and out access. Parking must be paid through electronic or card payments, including credit cards, Apple and Google Pay options.
- Recommended gate entry: 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16.
- Gates 3, 9 11 and 13 open at 4 p.m.
- Gates 4, 8 and 16 open at 5 p.m.
- Parking: Orange, Red, Blue, Yellow and Green Lots.
- ADA parking: Orange, Red, Blue, Yellow and Green Lots.
- ADA dropoff: Blue Lot 19 - enter Gate 9.
- Rideshare drop-off/pick-up: Gate 16B Yellow Lot.
- Suites parking: Green and Blue Lots.
- ADA shuttle: Will be available from 5:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. in the Orange Lot and drop-off in Carruth Plaza.
- Metro Lift: Drop-off and pick-up at the West Center Drive Lane. Metro Lift will enter via Gate 12 and exit via Gate 12.

What is the bag policy?
NRG Park's clear bag policy will be in effect.
- Each attendee may carry one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC no larger than 12” by x 6” x 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Each attendee may carry a small clutch purse no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", about the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap.
- Metal detector screening and a search of all items being carried in will take place at stadium gates.
- Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag, but diaper bags are not permitted.

How do I access my tickets?
No reentry is allowed. No screenshots are accepted.
- You must be signed into your AXS account on the AXS app. If you don't have the app, make sure to download it from your store.
- If others in your group are coming later, you must transfer the tickets in advance and make sure they log in to their AXS app with the email address you transferred the tickets to.
- Open the AXS app and click on the ticket icon on the bottom of the screen. Next, click on the event.
- A QR code will populate. There will be 1 code for all the tickets in your order. Scan your QR code at the gate and let the ticket taker know how many tickets you are checking in.
If you purchased tickets from a 3rd party who is not AXS and you are having trouble, reach out to the ticketing company you purchased your tickets from for additional help.
