HOUSTON — A must stop for some of the best food is the RodeoHouston carnival!

They say everything is bigger and better in Texas, and boy are they right when it comes to some good eats here at the rodeo!

Nothing gets, larger, wackier and crazier than carnival food! Dominic Palmieri with Midway Gourmet knows!

At this stand, it’s go big or go home. Check out the Big Daddy – a 14-inch corn dog made using pecan smoked sausage, drizzled with cheese and topped with hot Cheetos.

Need a side? Well, then keep your eyes on the fries!

Standing 18 inches tall – the Colossal Curly Fry Cone – is filled to the brim with freshly cut curly fries fried to perfection with your favorite toppings. You can add cheese, chili, Cheetos.

But if you’re craving something sweet – say hello to Candy Factory! The have sweets like cotton candy and to caramel apples. To change it up, you can sprinkle on hot Cheetos.

Bizarre, but still really good!

Then there’s the Unicorn Float – a whimsical concoction – made using blueberry coconut soda and add on whip cream, sprinkles, and everything good candied in between.

Feeling hot for even more fried goods?

At Sweet Cheeks, they’ve got fried Oreos, cheesecake, Twinkies and even fried Pop-tarts! Yeah, it’s like deep fried heaven.

But don’t forget the best part, you can eat and walk thanks to most of these grubs being on a stick!
