Are you ready to head to the Bayou City Art Festival but are worried there isn't anything for the kids to do? Have no fear, as the Children's Creative Zone awaits you! The Children's Creative Zone allows local arts organizations to expand their educational impact while providing free, supervised art activities in a fun and creative atmosphere to the diverse population of children attending the Bayou City Art Festivals.
The Creative Zone for Children is hosted by some of Houston's finest arts organizations such as Museum of Fine Arts, Houston; Orange Show Center for Visionary Art; Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA; Fotofest; and Young Audiences Houston. These organizations create and oversee activities for children as an extension of their ongoing educational programs.
