Awards include: National Edward R. Murrow award for social media; regional Emmy; multiple regional Murrow awards; multiple Lone Star Associated Press awards; and multiple Houston Press Club awards.
Before becoming a digital journalist, Michelle worked as a producer, special projects producer and field producer in Houston, San Antonio and Wichita Falls.
She is an Oklahoma native and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in TV News.
