HOUSTON – Arson investigators are looking into what started a big fire at an apartment complex on Houston’s west side Saturday afternoon.
As many as nine units were damaged in the fire. It started around 3:45 p.m. at the Westhollow Place apartment complex on Richmond Avenue.
Witnesses told KHOU 11 News the fire grew quickly. The three-alarm blaze took Houston Firefighters several hours to put out.
The Red Cross is now assisting the people who lost their homes with a place to stay.
No injuries were reported.
