HOUSTON — A woman was found dead Friday in a vacant lot in the Greater Third Ward area near Texas Southern University.
The scene, which is still active, is in the 3200 block of Francis Street.
How the woman died is unknown at this time, but police said there are no obvious signs of trauma.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
