AUSTIN — The entire Texas delegation in Congress took a moment this week to formally honor former first lady Barbara Bush.
Congressman Michael McCaul and Sen. John Cornyn introduced a resolution offering sympathy to the Bush family and recognized Mrs. Bush’s contributions to the nation.
The resolution singles out her charity work, advocacy for AIDS and cancer research and her passion for literacy.
