SUGAR LAND, Texas - A plane slid off a runway and hit a sign at the Sugar Land Regional Airport Thursday afternoon, according to police.
Police said around 1:30 p.m. a Cessna plane slid off the runway. The pilot was OK and refused any treatment by EMS on the scene.
No injuries were reported and the runway has since been reopened.
It's unclear at this time what caused the plane to slide off the runway.
