HOUSTON - A 14-year-old boy is in critical condition after he was stabbed multiple times in a parking lot Friday afternoon.
The Houston Police Department said the stabbing happened around 3 p.m. in the 6400 block of Westpark Drive.
According to police, the victim was outside a strip mall when a light-colored sedan drove up. Multiple people got out of the vehicle and a known juvenile allegedly stabbed the victim repeatedly.
The suspect then fled the scene, police say.
The victim was transported to the Texas Medical Center in critical condition.
